Kelly Ramey
Executive Director
Kelly has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2010 and a Certified Director of Assisted Living since 2019. She loves being able to create a bond with each of the residents and their families and is proud of the care, hospitality, and services they are able to provide. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her twins, watching/playing sports, and gardening.

Michelle Allard
Director of Health & Wellness
Michelle has been a nurse for over two decades. During this time, she received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2008 from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She enjoys making connections with the residents and staff. Developing close rewarding relationships, along with providing the best quality care to the residents is a top priority for Michelle. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, grandchildren, and dogs.

Angie Ratcliff
Business Office Manager
Angie started with our community in 2012. She assists with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee relations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her puppy Max, sewing, and following the Wheelersburg Pirates football team.

Shawnia Pruitt
Director of Activities
Shawnia loves working with seniors. She says “The happiness and joy we can bring them on a daily basis is what makes all the difference to me.” She enjoys finding different ways to involve our seniors in activities, events, and in the community.

Director of Maintenance
David loves joking around with the residents and taking care of any maintenance issues. When he’s not working, you can find him renovating a room in his house, gardening, or laying on the beach.

Debbie Harrell
Director of Housekeeping
Debbie says that the interactions she gets to have daily with the residents is the best part of her job. She loves freshening up their rooms while she talks with them about their past. She finds her job very rewarding. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and crocheting.

Deana Scaff
Marketing Assistant
A woman of many talents, Deana works many roles, such as customer relations, concierge, and resident care. She is a lifelong resident of Wheelersburg. Her favorite part of the job is making a difference in the lives of seniors and making families feel at ease with the transition. In her free time, you can find her participating in church and community activities and spending quality time with her family.
