Chief Executive Officer
Besides learning about senior care while growing up, Christopher earned his B.B.A. in Healthcare Management at Andrews University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. Christopher is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Randall Residence, including all financial and development aspects. In addition to his position with Randall Residence, Christopher served on the Van Buren County Board of Commissioners for 14 years and continues to serve his community through community agencies and organizations.
Following his service in the United States Army, Chuck began his career in senior living working for Manor Care, now HCR-Manor Care, and Videre before purchasing White Oaks in 1975. Chuck currently is responsible for the leadership development of the Executive Director team. He is also closely involved in all acquisition and development opportunities. For more than 28 years Chuck volunteered his time as the LakeView Community Hospital Board Chair.
Director of Operations
Scott has successfully managed senior living communities since 2002. In 2009 he joined Randall Residence as the Executive Director of Villa at the Lake. He is responsible for the following areas: management, administration, human resources, marketing, financial operations, and health care services. Scott has a degree from Ohio University in Long-Term Health Care Administration.
Chief Financial Officer
Noel joined Randall Residence in 2012 and works on implementations, internal and external training, acquisitions, and is responsible for technology, payroll and daily financial management. As the company grows, Noel will be asked to take on new challenges. He has his MBA from Andrews University.
Marketing & Brand Manager
Janelle joined Randall Residence in 2000 and is currently responsible for internal and external communications, marketing and staff development. Her professional experience includes hospital administration, the Alzheimer’s Association of Southwest Michigan and being an Executive Director for Randall Residence. Janelle earned a double major in Public Relations and Business from Andrews University.
Culture & Engagement Director
Jamie Quigno has been a successful Human Resources Professional for several years. She was honored in 2018 as one of Southwest Michigan’s 40 Under 40 Business Executives, recognizing influencers that are making a difference in their workplaces. Jamie joined Randall Residence in 2019 and is responsible for leading efforts in employee experience, engagement, and corporate culture. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Siena Heights University in 2010. Her professional experience includes business development, human resources, consulting, and customer experience.
Regional Director of Operations
Denise discovered her passion for seniors during high school and hasn't looked back. As Regional Director of Operations, Denise guides and empowers the local teams to be successful. Prior to working for Randall Residence, Denise worked for Brookdale Senior Living in Ohio, New York and North Carolina. Denise is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.
Bill joined the Randall Residence team in 2010 to facilitate and oversee the design and construction of new communities and the renovation of existing communities as the needs arise. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Andrews University in 1983 and a Bachelor of Architecture from Andrews University in 1986. As a Registered Architect Since 1988, Bill has provided design and architectural services for numerous clients and project types including Healthcare and Senior Living.
Director of Sales
Colleen graduated with a degree in long-term healthcare administration, Certificate of Gerontology and went on to work in senior living in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and now Ohio. Not only is she experienced in sales and marketing, she has also been a successful Executive Director. Colleen enjoys cooking, attending her sons sporting games, traveling with her husband, and a good workout.
Serving Since 2020
Director of Health and Wellness & Memory Care
Jaimie has been caring for seniors since 2005. She began her journey in senior living as a volunteer, a member of the culinary team, an STNA, and then as a nurse and Director of Nursing. Jaimie started in a clinical leadership role in 2010 and has supported multiple communities at the regional level since 2015. She joined Randall Residence in July 2020 and will support both our clinical and Memory Care programs. Jaimie holds a nursing degree from Kent State University. She brings with her a passion for quality and a compassionate heart.
Serving Since 2019
After raising her triplet daughters, Laura received her MA in Accounting from Western Michigan University, followed by Certified Management Accountant certification, and additional certification as a CSCA (Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis). Laura is in charge of daily financial operations at Randall Residence. In her free time, Laura enjoys baking, gardening, practicing agility with her Border Collie and spoiling her first grandchild.
Health Services Specialist
Sue has been a nurse for 12 years, many of those spent serving in leadership roles. What Sue loves most about her current role is th opportunity to work with the remarkable Randall Residence team. She enjoys making meaningful connections with people. Sue is happily married and has been blessed with three kids. She enjoys being involved in her hometown of Parma Heights, Ohio, as well as spending time with family, hiking, gardening, reading, and living life to the fullest.
