Jessica Abel, LPN
Executive Director
Randall Residence of Troy
Jessica has worked in healthcare since 2012, when she decided to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors. Jessica has worked many roles at Randall Residence of Troy, including floor nurse, Health and Wellness Director, and eventually Executive Director. She enjoys bonding with the residents and their families and making people smile. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of her many animals.

Beth Peters, MHA, CDP, CEAL
Director of Sales & Marketing
Beth has been serving in the healthcare field for almost 30 years. Prior to working at Randall Residence, Beth served as a USAF medic for 10 years with deployment to Iraq. Her true passion has always been serving seniors and working with their families and has made this her life's mission. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, playing with her Pomeranian and cats, shopping, camping, and being a cheer mom.

Jerika Epperson
Business Office Coordinator
Jerika's love for taking care of seniors came from taking care of her grandmother during the last few years of her life. Her favorite part of the job is hearing all of the fun stories from the residents about their lives and getting to know them. In her free time, Jerika enjoys being outside with her daughters, camping and ATV riding with her husband, and playing with her dog.

Health and Wellness Director
Tammy loves the community at Randall Residence of Troy. She feels like she is part of a family at work and enjoys seeing how the residents look out for one another and how the staff care for the residents. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids, crafting, and walking in the local parks.
