Kiley joined Randall Residence in 2013 at our Tipp City location. She started in high school and continued working for Randall Residence while going to The University of Kentucky. Kiley has a special love and respect for the senior population, as she grew up with her grandmother in her house and from the years of working at Randall Residence of Tipp City. She understands the move must be a smooth transition that involves a family process where the end result is a resident that has found a new place to call home. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dog Trinity, her family, and managing her own business where she designs and creates dog bow ties.
Colleen has a huge heart for the senior population. Ten years ago, her first job was serving in the restaurant of a senior living community. From there, her passion for working with seniors grew and she went on to earn a degree in Gerontology and Long-Term Care Administration. At Randall Residence of Centerville, Colleen strives to make meaningful connections with both professionals and families. In her free time, she and her fiancé run a Social Sports League in Dayton with their friends. She also plays soccer and guitar every chance she gets!

Chef Aimee is passionate about food, the art of cooking and discovering new and different ways to bring fresh, local and exciting flavors to the table. She has been featured on Food Network, written up in newspaper articles and food magazines and was chosen as one of the best up and coming chefs in Cincinnati for 2015. “I have always enjoyed cooking. It started as a child while pretending to cook elaborate dishes on my grandmother’s stone fireplace in her back yard. I would make gourmet mud pies with my friends in a ‘Chopped’ type of fashion and then take Polaroid pictures to share with my family.” Aimee commits a lot of her time to charitable events such as the Ronald McDonald House and No Kid Hungry. Aimee is married with 2 sons and a young grandson.
Jen is a Michigan native, but has lived in Ohio for over 20 years. She graduated with a degree in psychology from Andrews University and a nursing degree from Kettering College of Medical arts a couple years later. After working in both hospitals and home care, she realized that working in a retirement community is her favorite. She feels that her role as life enrichment coordinator gives her the opportunity to do what she loves the most: spending quality time with residents and finding what brings them joy and purpose. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, interior decorating, party planning, and eating sweets.
