Staff longevity is a hallmark of Randall Residence communities. Our team of hard-working, compassionate caregivers and support staff take pride in the loving care provided to our residents. As the senior living industry evolves and grows, the Randall Residence team continues to set the standard for quality care in Macomb County. Listening to and acting on the needs and concerns of residents, families and staff is our mission.
Matthew started as a part time concierge, then moved up to Business Office Manager and now is the Executive Director. When Matthew isn't in his office you can often find him sitting and listening to the stories of the residents. While not at work, Matthew can be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife and kids or coaching youth wrestling.
Chester has enticed the residents with new and exciting dishes that he has curated throughout his years in the culinary field. As a Certified Culinarian/Chef he is always looking for new ways to treat your taste buds and has a passion for senior living that makes a difference with everything he does. Family, friends, being outdoors and just enjoying life fill his free time.

Life Enrichment Coordinator
If you're looking for fun and entertainment, you don't have to look any further once you meet Rene. Rene has a passion for making each day special for seniors. When Renee isn't at work she is off spending time with friends and family, and caring for her two dogs.
Business Office Coordinator
Tyeisha started off as a care partner and takes pride in her work through leading by example and an open door policy! Tye loves spending time with the residents and treats them as her own grandparents. When Tye isn't at Randall Residence she loves being with her children and enjoying Date Nights with her husband. When time permits she can also be found relaxing behind a good book or exploring new vegan recipes!
