Staff longevity is a hallmark of Randall Residence communities. Our team of hard-working, compassionate caregivers and support staff take pride in the loving care provided to our residents. As the senior living industry evolves and grows, the Randall Residence team continues to set the standard for quality care in Oakland County. Listening to and acting on the needs and concerns of residents, families and staff is our mission.
Zach has been working in senior living since 2005. He started as a maintenance man, but then worked his way into the office as a Sales Counselor and later an Executive Director at a community in Port Huron, Michigan for almost 9 years. When he's not working, Zach loves to spend time outdoors - camping, fishing, and biking. He also enjoys cooking and playing with his dog, Beau. His favorite part of working with seniors is helping families find different solutions to help their loved one and allowing them to return to being a son or daughter and not a caregiver.
Food, family and animals are Jeff's passions. As an award winning food presentation chef, we are pleased to have Jeff serving our residents. At home Jeff enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with his wife, daughter, mother and mother-in-law and tending to his dogs, cats, turtle, bunny and goldfish.
Business Office Coordinator
Tracy felt a calling to work with seniors after the passing of her mother from cancer. She loves working at Randall Residence because she gets a chance to interact with the residents and families, whether it be a conversation, a hug, or just simply letting them know that she cares. When not working, Tracy enjoys spending time with her four children and granddaughter as well as playing with her two dogs and three cats.
"Mr Fix It" is another name for Joe. His hard working, "can do" attitude makes him special to Randall Residence of Auburn Hills and to his family and friends. Joe, a father of five daughters, is a veteran, loves to travel internationally, and loves food too!
