Staff longevity is a hallmark of Randall Residence communities. Our team of hard-working, compassionate caregivers and support staff take pride in the loving care provided to our residents. As the senior living industry evolves and grows, the Randall Residence team continues to set the standard for quality care in Oakland County. Listening to and acting on the needs and concerns of residents, families and staff is our mission.
Hollie has always had a passion for healthcare, but didn't get her LPN degree until later in life. Her experience as a nurse in senior living provided her with great experience before becoming Executive Director. In her free time Hollie loves spending time with her young daughter and playing sports of any kind.
Director of Sales
Beth has spent her career in healthcare, looking after the needs of others. Her calming personality puts those she meets at ease. When not helping seniors navigate the challenges of aging, you will find Beth jumping horses in the arena, as well as spending time with her husband, daughter and dog.
Business Office Coordinator
For more than fifteen years Heather has been serving seniors. Her ability to solve any challenge makes her an appreciated team member. And her ability to cook and bake (and share!) also makes her a favorite co-worker. She has three dogs and they are just as much a part of her family as her son Carson.
Food, family and animals are Jeff's passions. As an award winning food presentation chef, we are pleased to have Jeff serving our residents. At home Jeff enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with his wife, daughter, mother and mother-in-law and tending to his dogs, cats, turtle, bunny and goldfish.
"Mr Fix It" is another name for Joe. His hard working, "can do" attitude makes him special to Randall Residence of Auburn Hills and to his family and friends. Joe, a father of five daughters, is a veteran, loves to travel internationally, and loves food too!
