Senior living is the broad term for a range of living options, including “villas”, “independent living,” “assisted living” and “memory care.” You can find one or a combination of these living options at Randall Residence communities. Services and amenities include things like full-service dining, housekeeping, transportation, 24-hour staff – plus a well-rounded schedule of social, educational and cultural opportunities. Our assisted living and memory care communities also provide discreet assistance with daily tasks like medication reminders, bathing and getting dressed, incontinence care, and getting to and from meals and events. A select number of our assisted living communities also offer services that may include diabetes care, oxygen and breathing treatments, and catheter/ostomy care.

Senior living is a residential community offering services and amenities like a hotel, and help with daily tasks if needed. A nursing home is a 24/7 medical institution designed to provide advanced, skilled medical care for those who need it. Pricing is also very different. Due to the medical expertise required at nursing homes, their cost is priced significantly higher than senior living options.
Randall Residence assisted living and memory care communities have a licensed nurse on staff who performs an assessment of each prospective resident to determine if we are the right fit. These assessments help us ensure that our residents receive appropriate care and are among the factors we consider in determining and monitoring staff levels.
Even if the assessment determines that Randall Residence is not appropriate for you, we will help you find somewhere that is. To learn more or schedule an assessment, contact the Randall Residence community near you.
The cost of senior living varies depending on the community, level of care, and even your state or region. All Randall Residence communities offer private-pay rental apartments (some offer villas). Terms are month-to-month, and no “buy-in” fee is required. Residents pay a single monthly rental rate plus care levels, if applicable. To learn more and see our pricing options, please contact the local Randall Residence community.
Unfortunately, most senior living communities are private pay. However, if you invested in long term care insurance, it often can apply to your assisted living or memory care fees. Check with your policy provider for details. If you are a Veteran or were married to a Veteran, you may qualify for Federal Aid and Attendance benefits. Contact your local Randall Residence for more information and how to get started on accessing your benefits.
