Varies from simple sandwiches made with homemade chicken, tuna, and egg salads, to deli sandwiches made with fresh corned beef, honey smoked turkey, & hickory ham. Entrees include gourmet salads, assorted hors d'oeuvres platters, and delicious brunch items; such as, eggs benedict. All choices are served with freshly "made from scratch" soup.
Options range from home-style favorites like stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls, grilled ham steaks, meatloaf, and many varieties of chicken, to upscale dishes like Veal Oscar, pan fried Rainbow Trout and specialty pastas.
Delicious, homemade desserts prepared by our in-house pastry chef are served at lunch and dinner.
Friday is Shrimp Cocktail day, and in the resident areas, the refrigerators are stocked with fresh fruit, pudding, ice cream and assorted snacks available 24 hours a day.
