Staff longevity is a hallmark of Randall Residence communities. Our team of hard-working, compassionate caregivers and support staff take pride in the loving care provided to our residents. As the senior living industry evolves and grows, the Randall Residence team continues to set the standard for quality care in Miami County. Listening to and acting on the needs and concerns of residents, families and staff is our mission.
In 2013 Connie began working for Randall Residence while the building was still under construction. She enjoys meeting people, getting to know their stories and helping make the transition to assisted living as easy as possible. When not at Randall Residence, Connie loves spending time with her 5 grandchildren. "I feel honored to guide families during the process of searching for the best fit for their loved ones."
Remarkable is a word to describe Mike. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to do what ever it takes to make sure the building and grounds look their best. He does appear to smile even bigger when offered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. In addition to his work at Randall Residence, Mike is an ordained preacher at Full Gospel Community Church.
Becky has almost 2 decades of experience in Senior Living. She started in the Life Enrichment department and quickly transitioned into Community Relations. She loves helping people discover the best solution for their loved ones. “Meeting the families and the residents is the best part of my job; I am blessed to be able to support them through the steps of senior living”, she says. Outside of Randall Residence, Becky enjoys spending time with her family - her husband, 4 children, and 4 grandchildren.
Health and Wellness Director
Jacquelyn has been a nurse for over 32 years. She knows how hard it is to make the decision to move your loved one in to a community after having to make that same decision for her mother, who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease. For that reason, Jacquelyn strives to make the transition as smooth as possible for the residents and their families. She loves spending time with the residents. In her free time, Jacquelyn can be found spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
