Kathleen feels grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact every day on her residents, staff and families at White Oaks. She strives to build trusting bonds so families can rest easy knowing that their loved ones are safe and at home in our community. Kathleen’s husband and sons are also regular volunteers in every community she has managed. In her spare time, Kathleen loves to camp, travel, watch her sons and grandchildren play sports, and volunteer at community programs.
Kathy is often the first smiling face you see at White Oaks. Besides assisting Residents as their concierge, she manages accounts receivable, staff scheduling, dinner reservations and numerous other resident special requests.
Since 2002, Kathy Chisholm, RN, has been a Wellness Nurse at White Oaks. Her expertise in geriatrics makes her a valuable asset to Residents, their families and the professional care team. When not interacting with residents, you will find her on the phone consulting with physicians, home health providers, hospice and many others.
Kelsey is a native of Georgia and came to White Oaks from Haven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque, NM. As a Board Certified Music Therapist and Activities Director, Kelsey enjoys providing residents with unique and enriching opportunities to express themselves through music and many other avenues. When she is not with our residents, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Luna and Nacho.
Marissa has her Masters of Music Therapy from Western Michigan University and her BA in voice from Cincinnati Christian University. The residents enjoy her love of singing and playing a variety of instruments (guitar, ukulele, and piano). She feels blessed everyday by her job and enjoys providing the residents of White Oaks opportunities and experiences that help enrich their lives and inspire joy. In her spare time Marissa enjoys knitting, trying new recipes, going on nature walks with her dog, Buddy, and playing music with her husband. She also loves spending time with her son.
Resident Care Assistant
Since 2011, Debbie Talmage has been bringing smiles to the Resident’s faces. As a Resident Care Assistant, Debbie gets to interact with seniors daily, learn their life stories and find ways to give them something to talk about.
Toni has more than 40 years of nursing experience! When not at work she enjoys biking, kayaking and just spending time outdoors. She is also blessed with two “wonderful sons.”
Torrie has worked as an administrative assistant for several years. She spent 12 years being a stay at home mom to 3 children. Torrie enjoys camping with her family and volunteering at the SPCA. She really loves working at white oaks, since she feels she has a special way with the older generations.
Business Office Coordinator
Joanne loves working at White Oaks because of the residents. She says that they are always eager to visit and love to tell their stories. In her free time, Joanne likes to spend her time outside at the lake, watching the wildlife.
