Our team of hard-working, compassionate caregivers and support staff take pride in the loving care provided to our residents. As the senior living industry evolves and grows, the Randall Residence team continues to set the standard for quality care in Van Buren. Listening to and acting on the needs and concerns of residents, families and staff is our mission.

Kathleen Sparrow-Dinzik
Executive Director
Kathleen feels grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact every day on her residents, staff and families at White Oaks. She strives to build trusting bonds so families can rest easy knowing that their loved ones are safe and at home in our community. Kathleen’s husband and sons are also regular volunteers in every community she has managed. In her spare time, Kathleen loves to camp, travel, watch her sons and grandchildren play sports, and volunteer at community programs.

Kelsey Cherioli, MT-BC
Activities Director
Kelsey is a native of Georgia and came to White Oaks from Haven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque, NM. As a Board Certified Music Therapist and Activities Director, Kelsey enjoys providing residents with unique and enriching opportunities to express themselves through music and many other avenues. When she is not with our residents, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Luna and Nacho.

Debbie Talmage
Resident Care Assistant
Since 2011, Debbie Talmage has been bringing smiles to the Resident’s faces. As a Resident Care Assistant, Debbie gets to interact with seniors daily, learn their life stories and find ways to give them something to talk about.

Toni Kellerman
RN
Toni has more than 40 years of nursing experience! When not at work she enjoys biking, kayaking and just spending time outdoors. She is also blessed with two “wonderful sons.”

Torrie Sprague
Administrative Assistant
Torrie has worked as an administrative assistant for several years. She spent 12 years being a stay at home mom to 3 children. Torrie enjoys camping with her family and volunteering at the SPCA. She really loves working at white oaks, since she feels she has a special way with the older generations.
