As the senior living industry evolves and grows, the Randall Residence team continues to set the standard for quality care in Macon County. Beth Bolyard, LNHA
Executive Director
Beth is responsible for the daily operational excellence at Randall Residence of Decatur. A Decatur native, Beth went to Stephen Decatur High School and graduated from Robert Morris College. She has spent the last 3 years as LNHA at an Intermediate Care Facility in Decatur, 12 years as a Director at DMH and 11 years as an Elementary School teacher in Decatur. When Beth is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and dogs. During the warm, season they love being on their houseboat and being outside as much as possible.

Kate Williston
Director of Sales and Marketing
Kate graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Illinois with a Bachelor's in Communication Studies. She has lived in the Decatur area for over 15 years and was born and raised in the Midwest. Kate has 2 living grandparents, whom she loves dearly, and has a passion for guiding families through life's transitions. She recently began a family or her own, and enjoys celebrating each and every milestone. Kate is active in the community, serving on the Board with the Decatur-Macon County Senior Center and as the Marketing and Recruitment Chair of the Decatur Women's Hockey Association.

Diana Voiles, RN
Director of Health and Wellness
They say do what you love and you never work a day. Diana feels she is living proof. "Nursing for me is not only a passion but is also who I am to my inner core. I firmly believe that the first thing to remember about Randall Residence is that it is the HOME of the residents. The second is that it is my privilege to say that it is my work place. In that order." Diana and her husband have 5 boys, 4 granddaughters, 1 grandson, and 2 severely spoiled rescue pups. Diana and her family love to spend weekends in their camper, are Dirt Track Racing enthusiasts, and are proud foster parents with the Hudson's Halfway Home Rescue of special needs animals.

Katrina Wilkerson
Business Office Coordinator
Speak to Katrina for very long, and she will likely slip a movie quote into the conversation. She is always multi-tasking Business Office duties, but loves to slow down and say "a word of howdy" to every resident who stops by her window. Katrina was a 2019 finalist for the Randall Residence Wiker Award, which honors employees who provide remarkable service. Except for a few childhood years in Atlanta, GA, Katrina calls Decatur home. Her artistic side is fulfilled by acting in and producing shows for community theatre, creating event flyers or brochures, and flower arranging.

Debra Jones
Culinary Services Director, Assisted Living
Since 2015 Debra has been cooking meals for the residents and planning menus that satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Her love of travel has provided opportunities to try all kinds of new foods, some that make it on the menu and others that don’t.

Leslie McDermith
Life Enrichment Coordinator, Assisted Living
Family is the most important thing in Leslie's life. Her youngest son was diagnosed with Autism and has been in a group home since age 6. Leslie cares for and entertains our residents as she hopes her son's community does for him. Smiles are always free to go around because Leslie wants everyone to enjoy life as much as possible. She also loves to cook and spend time outdoors.

Jim Miller
Environmental Services Coordinator
Jim has been caring for the building and grounds since 2014. He enjoys working with the residents and using his skills to make each day remarkable. When not at Randall Residence of Decatur, Jim is busy in his family owned cabinet shop, being a father and grandfather, and living for the Lord.

Lisa Knackmuhs
Independent Living Life Enrichment Coordinator
Lisa's goal everyday is to make her Independent Living Family smile. In addition to planning daily activities for the residents, Lisa supervises Independent Living staff and encourages daily family involvement. Prior to working at Randall Residence, Lisa was a Surgical Technologist for 20 years and is a United States Navy Veteran. Lisa is married, has 5 children, 7 grandchildren and two beloved dogs, Gracie and Macee.

Carolyn Burbes
Memory Care Coordinator

Carolyn has been working as a nurse in the Decatur area for almost 40 years. She has worked in physician's offices, as a long-term care floor nurse, and as a MDS and Care Plan Coordinator. Her goal as the Memory Care Coordinator at Randall Residence is to make the families feel at home. Carolyn has two grown sons and 3 cat fur babies. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and going on motorcycle rides with her husband.

Sherry Miller
Culinary Director, Independent Living
Serving Since 2021
Sherry has been a dietary manager for over 15 years at various senior living communities in the Decatur area. She is excited to provide the best tasting, quality meals for the residents at Randall Residence of Decatur. When she's not working, she loves spending time with her son Trevor and her friends as well as her 3 rescue dogs.
