Staff longevity is a hallmark of Governor's Pointe community. We build a team of hard workers who take pride in the loving care given to our residents. As the senior care industry has changed, the Governor's Pointe team has stayed on the cutting edge and raised the bar in quality of care issues. Listening to and acting on the needs and concerns of residents and staff is our mission.
The Wiker Award
The Wiker Service Award was created in 2009 in the memory of long-time White Oaks employee, Dottie Wiker. Wiker worked for Randall Residence for 25 years and was known for her attention to resident details, and a constant smile. Employees from all six of the Randall Residences (Michigan and Ohio) are eligible to be nominated for the award. A trophy with the winner's name will remain on display at the winning residence for a year. Anyone may submit a Nomination Form. Noel C.
Executive Director
Noel has been with Randall Residence
since 2006. She started as a Licensed Practical Nurse and later became
the Executive Director of Governor’s Pointe and Governor’s Port. Noel
has diversified responsibilities that include not only assisted living
financial and daily operations, but independent living operations, too. A
life-long Lake County resident, Noel received her education at
Willoughby-Eastlake School of Practical Nursing and has been practicing
in geriatrics for nearly 30 years.
